The scores on the doors from Sunday’s game.
Marc-André ter Stegen
Las Palmas only managed 1 shot on target in the whole game so ter Stegen’s duties mainly consisted of playing the ball out from the back. Did well with a pass accuracy of 90%.

Sergi Roberto
Perfomed very well in an attacking sense, especially in the first half when the team looked flat Roberto was one of few players actually willing to get forward and be dynamic.

Gerard Piqué
A tough game for Piqué considering where his mind must have been at. Put in a professional performance and helped his side keep the clean sheet.

Javier Mascherano
Was quick to snuff out any Las Palmas chances early which helped his team stay away from any pressure on their goalmouth.

Jordi Alba
Regularly provided an outlet on the left side but was often ignored. Picked up a booking.

Sergio Busquets
Rose well to meet with Messi’s corner that gave Barcelona the first goal of the game. Marshalled the midfield well with two tackles and four interceptions.

Paulinho
Managed to have a header towards goal but unlike previous weeks, he did not find the back of the net. Left the field at half time.

Denis Suárez
Another good performance from Denis Suárez. Provided an attacking outlet and got himself an assist.

Aleix Vidal
Didn't contribute a massive amount. Substituted at half time.

Lionel Messi
A constant thorn in Las Palmas’ side. Made chances, scored chances. Messi gave the team that touch of quality they needed to win a flat game.

Luis Suárez
Another sluggish performance from the out-of-sorts striker. Lacking that final killer touch in the box and the lack of confidence makes him take an extra touch than he normally would. He did register an assist though.

Andrés Iniesta
A brief cameo from the captain as he came on at half time only to leave the pitch in the 83rd minute with an injury. During his time on the pitch he provided an up in tempo that Barça really needed by driving forward. Luckily only out injured for 10 days.

Ivan Rakitić
Looked determined to drive forward as soon as he came on, something Barça lacked in the first half. His shot on goal deflected for the corner that led to Barça’s opener.

Andre Gomes
Only played seven minutes.

Ernesto Valverde
Managed the game well considering the external factors. His substations were key.

The Team
Took time to forget the outside world and produced a sluggish first half. Iniesta and Rakitić changed the game and Barça looked much better in the second period.
