Elche have been relegated from La Liga over unpaid debts to the tax authorities and Eibar will take their place in Spain's top flight next season. Elche, who finished the season in 13th place in the standings, were punished for "very serious infractions" of Spain's sports law and league rules and also fined £130,000.

Report: Madrid agree Verratti deal | Football Espana
Real Madrid have reportedly agreed a contract with Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti, but not a price with his club. A fee of €50m has been mooted, AS say, and Verratti has been offered a package worth €7m a season by Los Blancos. The contract would run for an undetermined length of time but PSG are considered unlikely to agree to sell the Italy international.

Real Madrid buy back Casemiro after season-long Porto loan | Sky Sports
The 23-year-old spent last season on loan with Porto, making 41 appearances and scoring four goals. His impressive displays led to the Portuguese side telling Real Madrid they wanted to make the deal permanent for €15million. However, there was a clause in his contract allowing Real Madrid to buy him back as long as they told Porto of their intentions before June 5 and paid €7.5m.

Unai Emery looks set to remain coach of Seville after rejecting an offer to move to West Ham United, according to reports in Spain. The Londoners had hoped Emery, who flew to London earlier this week, would agree to replace former boss Sam Allardyce whose contract at Upton Park was not renewed at the end of the season.

Getafe to suffer Elche fate? | Football Espana
Getafe could reportedly suffer the same fate as Elche in becoming the second club to be relegated from La Liga for financial irregularities. According to Marca, El Geta have until June 30 to settle their debts of €13m with Spanish tax office Hacienda or face demotion to the second tier.
