FC Barcelona News: 10 November 2014; International Break Begins as 13 Players Join Their National Teams


Plans for the coming week of international play | FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona manager Luis Enrique will once again be short handed as 13 of his players, plus 4 from Barça B head away for international matches this week. Barça will train from Tuesday to Friday at 11.00 AM CET at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

The Barça players called to international duty have two weeks ahead of them to prepare for and play games, both friendlies and qualifiers, for their respective national sides. Five players (Bartra, Piqué, Busquets, Alba and Pedro) will go with Spain for two matches versus Belarus — a qualifier — and a friendly versus Germany. Croatia has called Ivan Rakitic, and Barça B player Alen Halilovic to play against Argentina, who will have Messi and Mascherano, and Italy.
