Let's play Lucho in the UCL!
After an unforgettable record-setting night at Camp Nou combined with a spectacular 5-1 win over Sevilla, life goes on for Barcelona, as the Blaugrana travel to Cyprus to face APOEL Nicosia in Round 5 of the UEFA Champions League group, eager to keep the momentum going in another important game. A good result against a tough opposition away from home will keep Barça in the hunt for first place in Group F, since the Catalans will host the potential group-decider against PSG in a few weeks.
But, for now, it's time to think about APOEL. Coach Luis Enrique will once again have all of his players available. Andrés Iniesta is expected to travel with the squad, though we still don't know if he's fully fit to play. If he isn't, the trio of Busquets, Xavi and Rakitic will have another opportunity to get more comfortable with each other and form a good midfield for Barça. On defense, we're still waiting for the debut of Thomas Vermaelen. It probably won't happen on Tuesday, but there's always a chance.
