The midfielder has been talking about his team-mate
Philippe Coutinho has been talking about his team-mate Arturo Vidal and is in no doubt that the Chile international has the infamous “Barcelona DNA.”
Vidal swapped Bayern Munich for Barcelona in summer 2018 and after a slow start went on to have a pretty strong season with Ernesto Valverde’s side.
Both men are now in Brazil for the Copa America where Coutinho has lavished praise on the 32-year-old.
“Arturo is a great player and a great friend,” he said. ”He’s done very well this year. He trains a lot to get better.
”Of course he has Barcelona DNA. He’s adapted very well here. Therefore, every team like him for his style of play and the way he is in the dressing room.
”He’s very important for the team. He’s a warrior, a fighter. He’s got a lot of guts and you can see how he fights in every game.”

Vidal’s Copa America campaign kicks off on Monday against Japan, while reports back in Europe have claimed the midfielder has attracted interest from a Chinese Super League club.
