OFFICIAL: Iniesta signs new ‘lifetime’ contract at Barcelona

The midfielder is staying at Camp Nou

Barcelona have confirmed that Andres Iniesta has renewed his current deal at the club and will see out his playing days at Camp Nou.

The midfielder and president Josep Maria Bartomeu are set to face the media later today where, no doubt, further details will be made available.

For now, here’s what we know:

“Andrés Iniesta signed a lifetime contract with FC Barcelona on Friday, in a deal that will keep him at the Club for the rest of his career. The signing will take place at Camp Nou at 12:30pm CET.”
