Another day, another FC Barcelona match for us to enjoy; tonight the Blaugrana play host to SD Eibar at the Camp Nou as they look to draw level on points with eternal rivals, Real Madrid. Los Blancos were expected to have a difficult time of things yesterday, when they travelled to Balaidos to take on second-place, Celta Vigo; however, an early goal from Cristiano Ronaldo sent them on their way and Rafa Benitez' side picked up a relatively easy 1-3 win.
It was an ominous result if you're a Culé; I mean, we travelled to Balaidos and got our asses handed to us; Real Madrid turn up and pick up a pretty straight-forward win. Alas, we always knew that Real Madrid were going to be strong against most sides in La Liga; it's in the big matches, like versus Atletico and against us that they struggle. We'll just have to make them pay then -- but in order for that to matter, we have to remain level, firstly by beating Eibar.
Luis Enrique has named a strong squad for tonight's match; Sergi Roberto drops out through injury, while unfortunately Andres Iniesta does not make his return. I guess we'll have to wait until next weekend for that one.
