The goalkeeper’s feeling positive
Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has urged his team to keep on fighting for the league title after Saturday’s disappointing defeat to Real Madrid in El Clasico.
The loss has hurt Barca’s title hopes but Ronald Koeman’s side remain in contention with eight games of the 2020-21 campaign left to play.
Ter Stegen has taken to social media to urge his side on and also admits that Saturday’s Copa del Rey final will be a “big moment” for both the players and the fans.
Difficult night.

However, the league is not over by this result. Many matches to go and we will fight until the end. Now we must focus on the Copa del Rey final, a big moment for us and our fans.

Saturday’s match offers Barca the chance to pick up some silverware and for Koeman to win his first title since taking charge of the Camp Nou.
Athletic certainly won’t be pushovers, as we’ve already seen this season, and may have added motivation after losing the 2019-20 Copa del Rey final recently against Real Sociedad.
