One of the most dangerous players Barcelona would have to face in their Champions League debut will not be able to attend the game.
AS Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic has been ruled out of Wednesday's match in Rome due to an injury, the club announced last week:
Miralem Pjanic has begun his rehabilitation program after medical tests confirmed the influential midfielder had suffered a first-degree calf strain.
The Bosnian, who scored the opening goal against Juventus in Roma’s 2-1 win at Stadio Olimpico last month, picked up the injury in the first half of his national side's 3-0 Euro 2016 qualifying win over Andorra on Sunday night.

One of the best performers in his position in Italian football, the Bosnian has been linked with moves all over Europe's biggest clubs, and many Barça fans have even asked for his name to be added to the list of potential Blaugrana signings.
