The Arda Turan Registration Saga gets weirder and weirder with every new report, and we have no idea of what's going to happen.
Here's what we know: Rafinha Alcântara is probably out for the season, and Barça needs a replacement at midfield. They can't sign anyone since the window is closed and they would have to wait until January to register their midfield signing Arda Turan. But former presidential candidate Toni Freixa said that the club would have a chance to get Arda in the books earlier because of Rafinha's injury.
So Barça went to work and made a request to register the Turkish star. And then this happened:
Barcelona have today received the legal confirmation that Fifa's two-window transfer ban ended on 31 August. [ser]

Where did this confirmation come from? FIFA? A Barça lawyer? Smoke signals? Who knows. What is certain is that things don't look so black and white in terms of the transfer ban anymore, and maybe, just maybe, there is a chance a miracle could happen.
Should we pray or something?
