The striker only arrived in February
Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Martin Braithwaite’s exit from Barcelona could come soon. The arrival of Braithwaite earlier this year was met with malice before a nice appreciation bloomed, now we’re back to “let’s sell him”.
To be fair, Braithwaite never really stood a chance. He was brought in outside of the transfer window after a series of injuries in the Barca attack made them vulnerable.
A lack of playing time and the desire for a new striker to be brought into the club made things complicated for Braithwaite’s future at the club. An exit seems imminent and frankly probably necessary. Unless Barca strike out for an attacker once again, Braithwaite might not be here for much longer.
