The city of Madrid is the final stop before the UEFA Champions League moves to Berlin for the 2014/15 edition's Final. Barcelona was the first team to qualify for the big game on June 6, and tonight we find out which team will the Blaugrana face.
Real Madrid and Juventus face each other at the Santiago Bernabéu in what promises to be a spectacular game of football. After a hard-fought battle a week ago, in which Juventus grinded its way to a 2-1 win with goals from the twosome of Álvaro Morata and Carlos Tévez, the Blancos have a very difficult task ahead of them.
Not really in terms of numbers of goals to score, since a 1-0 win will be enough to qualify thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's tap-in last week. We all know that Madrid can score, but they'll have to avoid an away goal from the Old Lady if they want to have a good chance to advance.
Both teams have important pieces of their squad back, specifically the two best French players on the planet: Karim Benzema returns to the Madrid front-line, while the 22-year-old monster Paul Pogba is back on Juve's midfield. Both are healthy and ready to go after dealing with injuries, and their presence makes tonight even more fun.
The starting lineups are already out:
Real Madrid (4-4-2):
Casillas
Carvajal - Varane - Ramos - Marcelo
Bale - Isco - Kroos - James
Benzema - Ronaldo
Juventus (4-1-2-1-2):
Buffon
Lichtsteiner - Bonucci - Chiellini - Evra
Pirlo
Pogba - Marchisio
Vidal
Morata - Tévez
