It’s time for the European Championships title game!
It’s time for the Euro 2020 Final! These European Championships might go down as one of the greatest international tournaments in history, and we have a title game worthy of such an entertaining month of football.
After a sensational knockout stage full of surprises, the two best teams in the tournament remain: Italy and England have been the most consistent sides throughout the campaign, and now they meet at Wembley Stadium to fight for the trophy.
Italy come into this one on a remarkable run of results and performances, an amazing resurrection for a footballing nation that seemed lost but found a way to go back to prominence under Roberto Mancini.
England are at home, looking to bring football back home. The usual pre-tournament hype was finally matched by the Three Lions, who are in their first major final in 55 years and will now look to win the Euros in front of the home crowd.
This will be a great game, even if there aren’t any Barcelona players involved. Here we go!
