Ernesto Valverde has called up 18 players for the trip to Pamplona
The next Barcelona match is upon us! The Blaugrana play their third La Liga match of the season away to Osasuna, and Ernesto Valverde has called up the following 18 players for the trip to Pamplona:
Goalkeepers: 1. Marc-André ter Stegen, 26. Iñaki Peña
Defenders: 2. Nélson Semedo, 3. Gerard Piqué, 15. Clément Lenglet, 16. Moussa Wagué, 18. Jordi Alba, 23. Samuel Umtiti
Midfielders: 4. Ivan Rakitic, 5. Sergio Busquets, 8. Arthur, 12. Rafinha, 20. Sergi Roberto, 21. Frenkie De Jong, 22. Arturo Vidal
Forwards: 17. Antoine Griezmann, 27. Carles Pérez, 31. Ansu Fati
None of the players who were out last week return for this one, so once again Lionel Messi (calf), Luis Suárez (calf), Ousmane Dembélé (hamstring) and Neto (wrist) miss out due to injury, and they are joined by Junior Firpo who can’t play because of a strained ligament on his left knee. Jean-Clair Todibo and Carles Aleñá don’t make the trip per the manager’s decision. Once again there’s some great news with the inclusion of 16-year-old Ansu Fati, who made his debut last week and is part of the squad for a second straight game.
