FC Barcelona News: 21 January 2016; Barça beat Athletic on the road, start training for Málaga

Barça’s second goal on Wednesday night, opening up a 2–0 aggregate lead on the road with the second leg still to come, was looking every bit as insurmountable until Aduriz broke through late.
Here's a quick look at the most interesting facts and figures surrounding Wednesday night's first-leg
FC Barcelona are ahead in their Copa del Rey quarter-final tie with Athletic Club Bilbao thanks a hard fought 2-1 first leg win at San Mamés. Coach Luis Enrique was proud of his side battling performance that allowed them to demonstrate another side to their potent arsenal.
On Wednesday night at the San Mamés in Bilbao, all of the focus was on Neymar Jr. With Lionel Messi out for precautionary reasons and Luis Suárez idled due to sanction, FC Barcelona’s Brazilian marvel had the stage all to himself.  There was no trident. On this night it was a standard spear — or two.
While football is a team sport and all the players deserve credit for Barça's fine record, the biggest reason for this year's success comes down to one man — Munir El Haddadi.
All available players took part in the workout, plus the Barça B player Sergi Samper. Those players who started in Wednesday night's triumph went through a special recovery session on Thursday, while the rest began preparing for Saturday's La Liga match at Malaga CF. Kick-off is set for 4.00pm.
