Barcelona have confirmed they have agreed a permanent deal with Watford for winger Gerard Deulofeu.
The 24-year-old will move in a deal worth €13 million euros, plus €4 million in variables, the club also say they will “receive a percentage of any future transfer operations to other clubs.”

Deulofeu spent the second half of last season on loan with the Hornets and has done enough to convince them to keep him even though he missed a large chunk with injury.
The winger only arrived back at the Camp Nou last summer after Barcelona activated a buy-back clause in his contract in a deal thought to be worth €12 million.
