The two sides meet in the quarter-finals
Frenkie de Jong’s Champions League dreams remain alive and he’s looking forward to taking on Juventus after Friday’s draw.
The midfielder, who will join Barcelona in the summer, helped Ajax knock out Real Madrid in the last round and reckons another shock could be on the cards.
“Juventus is one of the stronger opponents, I think. I have seen the match against Atlético Madrid, then they played very well,” he said.
“They played very offensive and of course have many qualities. Juventus will be a favourite, but so was Real Madrid. I think we have a chance.
“Juventus will not be dissatisfied with the draw, but if they have watched us in the Champions League, they will not underestimate us.”

Ajax are on the opposite side of the draw to Barcelona which means the only way the two teams can meet each other is if they both make it to the final.
