The Brazilian is having a tough season at the Camp Nou
Barcelona winger and pricey signing Philippe Coutinho has refused to rule out an exit when it comes to his future at the club. Asked after Barcelona’s 5-1 over Lyon about his performance, Coutinho played it safe and answered the question pretty honestly.
“In the last few weeks, months even, I’ve not been playing well but I still want to improve,” he said.
”I came to Barcelona to give my best. I live for the moment. You never know what the future holds. I am happy with my performance today.”

Frankly, Coutinho’s answers were really self-aware. It’s good to know that he knows his performances haven’t been up to par. However, it would’ve been nice to withhold the “You never know what the future holds” part, not all that necessary.
