Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has spoken about the club’s pursuit of Rafinha and seems confident his side will be able to land the Brazilian this winter.
Recent reports have claimed that Barcelona have rejected a €20 million offer from Inter and are holding out for more with talks set to continue.
Ausilio says more time is needed with the club having already brought in Lisandro Lopez on loan from Benfica.
“We’re always confident when we work,” Ausilio said to Sky when asked about the prospect of Rafinha joining the club.
“We need time to do it though.”

Rafinha is one of several players who have been linked with a Barca exit, with the club needing to sell following the arrival of Philippe Coutinho.
Gerard Deulofeu has also been linked with a move to Inter, although Napoli are also reportedly interested, while Aleix Vidal has been linked with Sevilla.
