A report tells us that a top negotiator is trying to make the deal happen
FC Barcelona have sent one of their top negotiators, André Cury, to Brazil, to bring Arthur from Grêmio to the Camp Nou. That’s according to Miguel Rico writing in Mundo Deportivo.
Some might question the report given that it is in MD, but Rico’s track record on these stories should be judged separately to MD as a whole, because it’s much stronger.
Rico writes that Arthur is ready to leave Brazil soon, and Cury only needs to get the club to agree a deal.
Earlier during the transfer window, Arthur was pictured with a Barcelona shirt alongside Barça sporting director Robert Fernández.
