Quique Setien has called up 18 players for Thursday’s game
The next Barcelona match is upon us! The Blaugrana play their Copa del Rey Round of 16 tie against Leganés at Camp Nou, and manager Quique Setién has called up the following 18 players for Thursday’s game:
Goalkeepers: 1. Marc-André ter Stegen, 26. Iñaki Peña
Defenders: 2. Nélson Semedo, 3. Gerard Piqué, 15. Clément Lenglet, 18. Jordi Alba, 23. Samuel Umtiti, 24. Junior Firpo
Midfielders: 4. Ivan Rakitic, 5. Sergio Busquets, 8. Arthur, 20. Sergi Roberto, 21. Frenkie De Jong, 22. Arturo Vidal, 30. Álex Collado
Forwards: 10. Lionel Messi, 17. Antoine Griezmann, 31. Ansu Fati
There aren’t a lot of surprises with this list, with perhaps the biggest being Riqui Puig out of the squad. Luis Suárez (knee), Neto (ankle) and Ousmane Dembélé (hamstring) miss out through injury, and Moussa Wagué will watch from the stands per the manager’s decision.
