The protestors are preaching non-violencedo not want
Tsunami Democràtic, the group responsible for organizing protests outside of the Camp Nou today, has sent out a message via Twitter that they consider it “essential” that tonight’s match, el clásico no less, is allowed to take place.

The group also said it was essential that fans with tickets be allowed to enter the stadium.
Fears abound that the match would be disrupted by protestors, or that they would invade the pitch during the Barcelona-Real Madrid game tonight. The match had already been postponed due to security fears.
However, police sources have transmitted a sense of calm to the media. The game is scheduled to move forward as security forces have assured the teams and the league that they do not anticipate any major problems.
Tsunami also asked for security forces to exercise “prudence, professionalism, and proportionality.” They say their actions are designed to be “the most nonviolent of nonviolent.” The Spanish government has accused the group of being criminals before.
Tsunami’s slogan seen on many signs held by protestors today is “Spain, sit and talk,” written in English. They argue in favor of a binding independence referendum for Catalonia.
