But a move to Napoli is likely
Jean-Clair Todibo’s agent, Bruno Satin, has been talking about the 19-year-old’s future at Barcelona and says it is possible he could spend next season out loan.
The teenager arrived at the Camp Nou in January after his move from Toulouse was brought forward, and he has made two La Liga starts for Barca.
Satin played down talk of a loan move to Napoli but said there is a chance he may spend next season away from the Camp Nou.
“I have spoken to Barcelona, and nothing has been decided about [Todibo’s] future,” he said.
”He will either stay at the club [Barcelona] or he will go on loan if he is guaranteed a minimum of 30 matches.
”It is therefore why it is very unlikely that he will go to Napoli as the chances of them being able to offer him so much first team football are slim.
”I cannot demand that Carlo Ancelotti plays him for at least 30 matches over the course of the season as that would be hugely disrespectful both to him and to the club.”

Todibo has shown plenty of potential in his rare outings for the club, but he may struggle for game time next season.
Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti and Clement Lenglet are all ahead of him in the pecking order and Barcelona continue to be linked with a move for Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt.
