The champions are on the brink
Barcelona have been the class of La Liga so far this season. They’re so close to securing the league that there are three scenarios that will see Barcelona winning La Liga this weekend.

The first scenario that can secure the league is if Barcelona secure a win over Levante and Atletico Madrid win at Valladolid. If Atletico Madrid lose their match (which kicks off earlier in the day) Barcelona will have secured the league before even stepping on the pitch.
The third and final scenario is if Barcelona draw with Levante, they would need an Atletico loss or draw to win the league.
Locking up the league sooner rather than later would be good for Barcelona ahead of the Champions League semi-finals. Rest will be key and if Barcelona can finish off the league this week, they could afford to rest some players before the Liverpool match.
