It’s Champions League time! The way Barcelona are playing in La Liga right now, it’s really good to have a break from domestic disappointment. What’s really bad is that Barça have to play Tottenham at Wembley, with Spurs needing a win to recover from their 2-1 loss to Inter Milan in Matchday 1.
Barça dominated PSV Eindhoven and won 4-0 with a tremendous team performance and a Lionel Messi hat-trick. That feels like forever ago, but maybe playing another European game will help Barça find their best football again.
To make this game slightly less difficult, Tottenham are not in good form themselves and are playing quite poorly in the Premier League. To make matters worse, they’ll face Barça without their two most creative players, their best midfielder, their best defender, and their goalkeeper might be drunk at kickoff.
This should be fun. Or not. Who even knows anymore with this Barça team?

PREDICTION
Both of these teams are playing so badly that it’s impossible to imagine what the hell is going to happen in this game. My feeling? A crazy, open, memorable 90 minutes with really bad defending from both sides: 3-3 draw.
