The defender played a starring role
Yerry Mina has returned to Colombia and been given a huge welcome after his exploits at the World Cup for Jose Pekerman’s side.
The Barcelona defender scored three goals in three appearances for Colombia who made it to the last 16 before being knocked out on penalties by England.
Mina took to social media to show how Colombia had reacted to the team on their return.

Despite his exploits in Russia the 23-year-old’s future at Barcelona remains unclear. He has insisted he wants to stay but speculation has linked him with a move away this summer.
