The Colombian’s future is uncertain
Yerry Mina has been talking about his time at Barcelona and his future, and he says he wants to play at a club where there is less pressure and more chance of game time.
The Colombian’s future is pretty uncertain particularly after Barcelona announced the signing of Clement Lenglet on Thursday.
“I want to play for a team where there is less pressure and where I can have minutes,” he said.
Mina also spoke about his early days at Barcelona when he struggled to make the squad following his January transfer.
“When I saw that I wasn’t even on the bench, that I wasn’t even being considered, I started to train alone at home.
“It is tough to watch your teammates and see the matches on TV, it was a difficult moment that I don’t wish on any player.
”There were very difficult moments that were very sad for me because I was really not doing well. There were moments when I thought everything was going to turn out as I had imagined, but it wasn’t like that.
“I felt moments everything came crashing down upon me, I felt that nothing was going right, I couldn’t even pass the ball right, or train, I just felt like nothing went right.”

Premier League side Everton have been credited with an interest in Mina, although his uncle has said that nothing has been agreed yet and they’re waiting to hear from Barcelona.
Lenglet’s arrival means there could be a defensive departure, and it looks as though the club may have to choose between Mina or Thomas Vermaelen.
