The two teams meet at the Bernabeu on Sunday
Barcelona take on Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in La Liga on Sunday in a game that could go some way to deciding the title.
The champions have enjoyed themselves in the Spanish capital over recent seasons and will go five points clear with another win.
Here’s a look at who might feature:
Defence
The big team news in defence is that Gerard Pique looks to have shaken off an ankle injury and should play, but Jordi Alba is likely to miss out despite returning to training.
Sergi Roberto is also still on the injured list, meaning Junior Firpo and Nelson Semedo will start as the two full-backs.
In central defence it’s between Samuel Umtiti and Clement Lenglet as Pique’s partner. Umtiti appears just ahead in the pecking order but Lenglet will be fresher.
Midfield
Ivan Rakitic has started Barca’s last two games but looks set to return to the bench for the trip to the Spanish capital.
He could be replaced in the starting XI by Arthur, while Frenkie de Jong and Sergio Busquets should also feature on Sunday.
Attack
Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann will start in attack but it’s not clear who else will play for Barcelona against Real Madrid.
Arturo Vidal has forced his way back into the starting XI recently, featuring on both flanks, although Ansu Fati remains in contention.
New arrival Martin Braithwaite is also an option. The Denmark international impressed on his debut against Eibar and is being tipped by some to make a shock start.
Possible XI: Ter Stegen; Semedo, Pique, Umtiti, Junior; De Jong, Busquets, Arthur; Vidal, Messi, Griezmann.
