Deschamps criticises Dembele’s attitude during Barca transfer negotiations | Sport

France boss Didier Deschamps was not too happy with the way Ousmane Dembele left Borussia Dortmund for Barcelona. He said: “It was unacceptable behaviour. Dembele’s attitude caused problems at Dortmund, for his team-mates and in the national team.I could not call up Dembele for the France squad because he was not training. It’s an attitude we can’t tolerate one of our players having.”

Barcelona may have to delay paying Lenglet’s release clause until next week | Marca

Barcelona may have to wait until next week to sign Clement Lenglet from Sevilla. The Andalusian team have refused to negotiate and he will only leave if Barcelona activate his buyout clause. The club won’t have the money ready until next week.

Luis Suarez is at the World Cup preparing for Friday’s quarter-final with France. The striker’s competitive streak has been shown to be at the fore during a card game with his team-mates. The Barcelona man won the game and proceeded to jump around celebrating as if he’d won the World Cup.
