That's awesome.
When Barcelona was ready to travel to València to play against Levante, coach Luis Enrique received some bad news from team doctors: Rafinha Alcântara had suffered a hamstring injury, which has sidelined him for two weeks now. Good news is, he's back.
According to Enrique himself, Rafinha is fit and should receive the medical green light hours before the match against Rayo Vallecano, on Saturday. Lucho is counting on Rafinha to come back, and he might be the surprise name at the squad list. We might even get to see him starting the match.
Rafa started at Barça's debut in La Liga, against Elche, and the following match, against Villarreal. He wasn't quite Man of the Match in those games, but he was good enough to show why the boss trusts him so much. If he's available to selection on Saturday, we could see him starting alongside Neymar and Messi in the right-forward spot, or even replacing Iniesta in midfield.
The most likely possibility, however, is having Rafinha as a substitute at the start of the game, and then coming off the bench in the second half. His two first performances left some good things to get excited about.
Here's hoping he can return this Saturday and do some nice stuff for us.
