The German club want it kept quiet
Bayern Munich have asked Barcelona not to reveal how much they have paid for Arturo Vidal.
The Chilean sealed his switch to the Camp Nou on Monday and has signed a three-year deal with Ernesto Valverde’s side.
However, vice-president Jordi Mestre says they’ve been asked to keep quiet about the transfer fee.
“I will not give the figure of the transfer fee due to the express wish of Bayern,” he said.
“His release clause will be 300 million euros. He has a lot of experience in top teams like Juventus or Bayern Munich. An enviable track record for which I congratulate him, I hope he can expand it in this club.”
