Yet another setback for the Frenchman
Barcelona will reportedly be without Ousmane Dembele for several weeks after the French forward picked up a hamstring injury.
The Catalans have not confirmed how much time Dembele will miss, but Diario AS reckon it’s about “three to four weeks.”
Dembele’s latest setback is yet another blow, although there is some good news in that he has the international break to recover and so shouldn’t miss too many matches.
The 24-year-old won’t play against Celta Vigo on Saturday and may not make the visit of Espanyol on November 20 after the international break either.
The Catalan giants confirmed on Thursday that Dembele has been sidelined in a tweet that was subsequently deleted apparently because of a “technical error.”
Dembele was spotted in training on Thursday which suggests he suffered the injury during the session and not after coming on as a substitute in the Champions League win over Dynamo Kiev.
